[Plugin: Custom Post Type List Shortcode] CSS styling help needed

  • In the plugin screenshot’s page you have styled a lovely custom post-type driven gallery. I would like to do something similar.

    Could you please forward the css and jquery files?

    Working on the plugin, at the moment, I’ve got sorted out the list of my custom posts thumbs with no title and then tried to change the list style value to display: inline in my theme’ style.css file but nothing happend (seems it’s not overriding the plugin’s css style).
    Tried with:
    wrap_with="div class='my_cpt_class'"
    and with:
    wrap_with="div class=my_cpt_class"
    Any suggestions?

  • Small update

    Had to change the option
    use_single_blocks="false"
    to
    use_single_blocks="true"
    in order to use my theme style.css class.

    Now I have a grid style custom post output using in the cpt shortcode:
    wrap_with="div class='my_cpt_class'"
    and in my theme style.css:

    li .my_cpt_class{
    	display: inline-block !important;
    	padding: 0px 3px 0px 3px ;
    }

    Tried to set number of posts using:
    posts_per_page="3"
    but plugin ignores and pulls out all posts in the category.

    Sorry for the extremely late reply. If you needs answers faster it is better to visit our support blog at http://blackbirdi.com/blog.

    WE can not hand out the source files for the snapshot. I was a clients website and that would not go very well with the client. There is no styles attached to the current plugin to allow for the customization. The plugin requires simple knowledge of jQuery and CSS if you want to do advanced techs. You are free to modify it how ever you see fit.
