[Plugin: Custom Permalinks] 404 Not Found with WP 3.4

A week or so ago I updated to WP 3.4, and opened my website today to find out the Custom Permalinks no longer work. All my custom URLS now throw back a “404 Not Found: The requested URL does not exist.”
Any solution in the works for this?
