[Plugin: Custom Headers and Footers] Excluding pages from custom headers and footers

Is there a way to exclude pages from having the custom headers and footers inserted? I see that they are not added to the blog homepage, but the custom headers and footers are added to the archive pages. I’m not sure what’s different about the loop that excludes these from the main page.

Also, it would be very useful to be able to exclude actual pages such as a “Contact Us” page from getting the custom headers and footers.

Any suggestions?
