[Plugin: Custom Field Template] Show cft for editors

    Dear Hiroaki,

    presently I have the problem that for user level ‘editors’ your custom field templates are only shown on the post edit screen and not on the page edit screen, even when I define that a template should be shown on both, pages and posts.

    Do you know anything about this issue?
    Any ideas how to fix it?

    I just figured out that wordpress places a ‘display: none’ into the code of the admin panel so that the custom field template is hidden:

    <div id="cftdiv" class="postbox" style="display: none;">

    Unfortunately I don’t have any idea why this happens!

    I am not sure why the custom field template is hidden, but is it set in the screen options of the upper right corner? If the Custom Field Template is unchecked, it should be hidden.
