[Plugin: Custom Content Type Manager] Permalinks why (?post_type=…) as the link?

  • Hello,

I can not find how to force your plugin to use pretty links. Right now all my content – posts/pages etc are using the category/postname permalink but after installing your plugin and creating the custom content type of FAQ – the permalink for that is this when i create the first page. And there is no setting to change that like in other pages/posts etc. Not sure what i did wrong.

    ?post_type=faq&p=252

Was hoping it would be like this …/faq/ without the ?post_type=faq…

    Thank you

Did you turn on permalinks for your site and edit your .htaccess file? And secondly, did you edit your content type so it uses the style of permalinks you want? It’s under Custom Content Types –> edit –> URLs.
