Hello, I have a very simple request. How do I show my custom content in a list?

I have created a custom content called "children" with 4 fields and one of the fields is a check box called "child_active".. I would like a list of the content where that value is true. It seems very simple and I now how to do that in Drupal but I am unfamiliar with Word Press and this plugin.

I found the sample template and have that working for displaying 1 post, but I need something to display the list with my filter of that check-box.
    Thank you for your time,

You can do that either via PHP in a dedicated template file, or use the SummarizePosts short-code: http://code.google.com/p/wordpress-custom-content-type-manager/wiki/summarize_posts_shortcode

Specifically, you'd want to do something like this:

    [summarize-posts post_type="children" child_active="1"]
