    Presumably, the name of your post-type is “case-studies”? Did you check the CCTM–>Content Types –> Sample Template to verify the name of the file to be used? Can you do an export of your CCTM definitions (under CCTM –> Tools –> Export) and attach it here. WordPress’s way of choosing template files causes me much consternation — it obfuscates much about how it formats pages. I wonder if the problem isn’t with a hyphen in the post-type name… before you try changing the post-type name, however, make sure you have a backup.
