# [Plugin: Custom Contact Forms] Attach Fields Doesn't Work

 * No matter what I try it would allow me to attach any fields to a form.
 * The drop down to select the fields only displays “Nothing Attached”. There are
   pre-existing forms that have attached fields, but any attempt at creating a new
   form and attaching fields does not work.
 * The theme they are using is Hybrid.

 * This could be related to a permissions problem on the custom-contact-forms folder
   in WP themes.
 * I was having the same problem, and checked the permissions of the folder was 
   755. I used filezilla to change the permissions to 777, and now the attachments
   are sending.

 * I’m not trying to send attachments. Notice I said attachment fields in the back
   end to setup the form.

 * I had the same problem and found that it interfered with some of the other plugins
   I had installed. Deactivate the other plugins and activate them one at a time
   and you may find one or more that break the Custom Contact Forms admin page.
