[Plugin: CubeAccount Frontend Login] Captcha not taken into account

I use captcha from http://bestwebsoft.com/plugin/captcha-plugin/ which is working well with all my forms (formidable pro) and the standard login/registration form in wordpress. Unfortunately cubeaccount does not care about the captcha although it is displayed on the cubeaccount login page. If i leave the captcha empty i still can login with the correct user and password. If i use a wrong user or password and leave the captcha empty i get an error message about the wrong user and the missing captcha. I assume although the captcha hook is insertet into cubeaccounts registration form the error return code is not. I really would like to use cubeaccount but without captach support that is not possible. Perhaps you can look into this issue. I followed the link provided with plugin but http://cubepoints.com/go/cubeaccount ends up at cubepoints. Does this mean this plugin is not supported anymore? Would be a shame as it is the best one i have seen so far for frontend logins and disabling of the dashboard.
