[Plugin: CSV Importer] Patch for subcategories

Sorry for the crosspost, but I have no idea where to send patches:

This add support for subcategories by doing something like “Parent>Child”. It’s a bit of a hack, I’m not sure it should be in the real branch, but whoever wants is welcome to use it. see also:
