# Plugin CSS and JavaScript not working in home page sections

 * The home page sections are not allowing CSS and JavaScript from a plugin.
 * For example, I embedded a form created with Gravity Forms and used it as one 
   of my sections. The Submit button is not working.
 * I also tried using a Speakout petition form in a section. It is not styled as
   it should be and the button is not working.
 * I tried enqueuing the styles and scripts from my functions file. This is not 
   working.
    I copied the files into my child theme and then enqueued them. Also
   not working.
 * The only way to get the CSS is to actually paste it into my stylesheet.
 * And yes, I turned off all other plugins and tried it with TwentySeventeen instead
   of my child theme. To no avail.
 * I have not been able to find any information about this. Any suggestions?
