[Plugin: Creative Commons License Manager] WP 3.1 Spanish

    Hello,
    I’ve been testing cc license manager with some images in my blog but I got some errors like these:

    Warning: file_get_contents(http://api.creativecommons.org/rest/dev/license/standard/jurisdiction/?locale=es_ES) [function.file-get-contents]: failed to open stream: no suitable wrapper could be found in /wp-content/plugins/creative-commons-license-manager/wordpress-cc-plugin.php on line 62

    Warning: DOMDocument::loadXML() [domdocument.loadxml]: Empty string supplied as input in /wp-content/plugins/creative-commons-license-manager/wordpress-cc-plugin.php on line 176
