Check again, even with Crayon disabled, clicking on a “Twitter Link” in the list of posts gives a 404. I would say the plugin needs some work, but you’ll be lucky to get anything since it was last updated a year and a half ago… In short, Crayon is not to blame. I don’t see how altering the [crayon] tag in a post upon visiting said post would in any way meddle with the code of accepting a custom query and redirecting to another page. The page doesn’t load either way. Try running it under 3.0 or 2.8 etc… But Crayon is not guaranteed to work under < 3.0, since it uses the new API functions.
