    Add the ability to specify the starting line number. For example, instead of always starting on line 1:

    1. <?php
    2. /* code */
    3. ?>

    add the ability to "start" on a different number:

    167. echo 'This line starts on a different number.';
    168. echo 'So does this line!';

    Committing v1.2.1 as I type, which adds this ability. I've added it into the help table as well. The attribute is:

    [crayon start-line="1234"]fun code[/crayon]
