    I’m not sure exactly when this started happening, but it was within the last week or two. Every time I try to use the plugin, it causes a fatal error and crashes my site. I tried deactivating and reactivating it, and that too crashed my site. I do not know what is going on here. Please help. Thank you.

    This is strange! Can you let us know that you are using latest version of the plugin?
    Also do you have any error log for the issue? If yes if you provide that it will be better help.

    Hello,

    The plugin is up to date. I do not have an error log, but I do have a screen capture of the error message. I attempted to create a ticket through the form you linked to; but it is asking for product support and the plugin I am using (Temporary Logins Without Password) is not listed as an option in the dropdown list. So I was unable to submit the ticket. Please advise how to proceed.

    It started working for a few weeks, but is now not working again and causing the site to crash. Request submitted.
