    Hi,

A server issue caused a problem during plugin updating and my website is now offline, giving just this error when you attempt to access it:

Fatal error: Class ‘C_Router’ not found in D:\Hosting\9364875\html\wp-content\plugins\nextgen-gallery\nggallery.php on line 395

I’ve downloaded the latest version of the plugin and backed up the site, but I’m not sure what’s the best way to fix the problem. Help!

@jenfrankel – Have you tried manually re-installing NextGEN Gallery via FTP over-writing the existing files and folders under /plugins/nextgen-gallery/ ?

Thank you! That did the trick. I was worried about overwriting the settings and galleries but everything is back to normal, and looks great as always.

    Cheers,
