Plugin could not be loaded. Please try again

Hello,
I have this issue when try to access “Debug Log” menu… and this is what I see in developer console:
http://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)
main.min.js:6 Uncaught TypeError: self._errorHandlers.shift(…) is not a function
at error (http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-log-viewer/assets/js/main.min.js?ver=4.6.1:6:1058)
at XMLHttpRequest.<anonymous> (http://www.mysite.com/wp-content/plugins/wp-log-viewer/assets/js/main.min.js?ver=4.6.1:5:29464)Thank you
