I apologize for the delay in responding. Could you please include which version of WordPress and the LaunchKey Plugin you are utilizing. It would also be appreciated if you could provide the steps you followed to reproduce the issue.

The LaunchKey plugin requires PHP 5.3+. The PHP version for your server does not meet the minimum requirement. Even if you do not use the LaunchKey plugin, I would suggest that you upgrade the PHP version on your server to at least the latest patch version of 5.4. There are no security patches being back ported to versions prior to 5.4 and you will have some fairly significant security flaws in your WordPress site.
