[Plugin: Cool Video Gallery] White page after upgraded WP

Worked fine until I updated to the most recent version of WP. When I modify a post, deactivate a plugin or anything else there coming a white page! Something is wrong and have uncapability issues with the latest WP version, someone that have this too?

When I deactive the plugin all works fine in WP.

Any solution?
