[resolved] Shortcode to display multiple galleries (6 posts)

I currently have multiple video galleries -- one gallery per each event.

Is there a shortcode so that when someone visits my video page, they see a list of all the different galleries, and can click on each gallery's thumbnail to access multiple videos in that gallery?

I tried putting "x" for "gid" in this code to call all galleries:

    [cvg-gallery galleryId='gid' /]

    But that didn't work.

The above mentioned short code is for displaying a gallery with thumbnails. 'gid' is to be replaced by the video gallery's Id which you can get from admin panel. The option mentioned to show list of thumbnail for a gallery is not available. A quick workaround can be to add page with images added manually and link that to different pages that shows the videos in each gallery.

I know that gid is the gallery id for a single gallery -- so there is no way to display a list of all the galleries you have aside from creating a new page for each gallery and linking to all the pages?

    Hi Praveen,

I really like the cvg plugin. I was wondering if there was a way to change the video player from JW Player to a QuickTime player?

This is so that iPhone and iPad users can view video content on my site as well...

Any help would really be appreciated.

I am testing this plugin too and agree if it can be compatible with iPhone and iPad, users can view video content as well.

    Other question:
How we can position the video thumbnails horizontally in video player instead of showing vertically. I have 3 videos with 3 thumbnails and they are displayed vertical which I don't want, I want to position them on line (horizontally).

Thank you Mr. Praveen Rajan for your great job and your generosity.
