    Hi,

    I checked the web address you provided. I couldn’t find the video in the location mentioned.

    I couldn’t download the file from the location. Please make sure the file location is correct.

    I am now able to get sound from it, but no video, and I changed it from a FLV to a MOV file, and when played locally on my computer, it works fine. Same address as before… HELP!

    Hi,

    Please make sure your .mov file is H.264 format since only H.264 (.mp4 and .mov) files are supported by the player. And playing the video locally in computer is different from playing it using the video player plugin.
