[Plugin: Cool Video Gallery] Cool Video used on wordpress by Editor

I have installed this for a client who will have two different people posting in the blog section and wanting to add videos and post those in blogs.

I created the user accounts as editors for these others since I don’t want them to have admin rights. I noticed that the Video management section is no longer visible to them with these rights. How do I change this so that they can also manage the videos?
