[Plugin: Contact Form Manager] Changing colour of form fields

I am using a wp theme set to Body Style: “dark” in the theme options. Looks great on all the pages, except on the contact form. Ideally I would like to control the colour of the fill able text fields to make them easier to see. Is there a way to do this?
