[Plugin: Contact Form 7] [your-email] or [your-message] to stop spam using "additional settings

Can “additional settings” be used to do the following:

if [your-email] in (array of email addresses of known idiots who are willing to enter the captcha to spam me), then don’t send the email

or

if [your-message] contains (array of known spam words), then don’t send the email
