    I’m french so i’m gonna try to be clear 🙂
 * I use the Contact Form 7 plugin for a group hospital wesite, like pre add contact
   form.
    Everything workx well but i need to have one thing:
 * I have few hospital pages with the same link to the contact form.
    for example
   if i’m one “hospital 1” page, is it possible to click on the link and arrive 
   on the contact form page with this hospital selected automaticaly by default 
   in my drop down menu ?
 * I have permalink like [http://www.mysite.com/hospital-one](http://www.mysite.com/hospital-one)
 * I don’t know if it’s clear, please let me know.

 * Your website is down but When you edit the contact form, why not use a drop-down
   or checkbo to select what you want. Probably could do more what you want but 
   would need some code to capture URL.
