[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Validating Email Field

    Is there a relatively quick way to validate an email field in a form created by Contact-7? I want to make sure it is just not text but an actually email address … test@test.com.

    If yes, the next question would be is there a way to validate it but also screen out xxxx@gmail.com or xxxx@yahoo.com.
