[resolved] Using a JS/AJAX Pop-Up: Email Won't Send (Urgent) (3 posts)

On my site http://www.weknowthegame.com, my previous programmers set up our contact forms with a pop-up which I believe is either AJAX or javascript. See homepage link "Contact PAW by email"

The form will generate a successful response message after submitting but no email goes through.

When I create a test page in wordpress, and insert the contact form code to the test page, the test form works.

I need help figuring out when the the code for this pop-up is controlled and how to correct it.

This happens every time the site gets updated. I usually have the dev company do it but we ditched them for being unresponsive. Now I'm stuck and our clients message won't go through.

    Any help is appreciated

I think http://jobs.wordpress.net/ is more appropriate place for this kind of topics.

Yeah I had a feeling, thought I would try anyway.

What I did was create a new page in WordPress with the contact form code, comment out the current pop-up contact box, and then reset the links over to the new wordpress page.

It's not as fancy as a window flying open and it re-loads a new page, but at least it works and our clients can get a hold of us.
