[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Submiting form to email that is loaded dynamically

Hi all,

I have a WP system that supports affiliates and knows to load the referring affilaites details, including email, special links etc.

What I need to do is, have a contact form that submit the request for information to the email of the referring affilaite and not the static admin email set in setting (Mail TO).

Here is the process:
1. A visitor is referred to a page on our site using:
http://www.ourMarketingSystem.com/landing-page?aff=johny

2. the page identifies Johny as an existing affiliate and loads Johny’s special links, image AND dynamically sets the contact form to submit the data to his email Johny@gmail.com.

3. the visitor does whatever he does, and either he clicks another one of Johny’s links on page, or submits a contact form which delivers the data to Johny’s email address.

Guess if it were possible, it would be done something like this:
[contact-form-7 id=”1444″ title=”Dynamic Contact form”]<dynamically loaded affilaite email address here>[/contact-form-7] or maybe
[contact-form-7 id=”1444″ title=”Dynamic Contact form” emailto=”<dynamically loaded affilaite email address here>”]

Can a similar result be achieved with contact from 7?
Maybe some other plugin?
