No. Forms are custom post types so it’s now in the correct menu position.

i like this plugin and technically it is okay using custom post types for the forms. but usually forms are not created in that amount compared to other post types – and a lot of templates use about 5-10 custom post types with a higher menu-priority than forms. maybe you could think about replacing the menu to position 58 (right above the separator before appearance)?
[EDIT]
A known bug traced here is preventing add_object_page() from appearing on the last position. In my case I use 6 addt. custom post types and add_menu_page(…,$position). It would be a solution, if CF7 also uses add_menu_page(…,58) in admin.php – i just tested this and it works perfect!

i have to bring up this topic again.
remember: due to the add_object_page bug described above, cf7 doesn’t appear on last position. this causes menu-position conflicts with other custom post types. why isn’t it resolved yet as i suggested?
This also affects me. Several of my sites use multiple custom post types. I usually install Contact Form 7 by default, but cannot use the latest version, as it breaks the other post types. I have to downgrade to CF7 v3.1.1, which is not ideal.
