[Resolved] [Plugin: Contact Form 7] Odd Trouble with Radio Button / Checkbox Styling – Anyone have this problem

  • Hi everyone,

    This is my first post on WP forums, so I’m hoping I’ll get a response or two… I’m using Contact Form 7 and it works great — really a nice plugin.

    Important Note: I am using the default styling of the plugin, and have made no changes.

    I went to add some radio buttons to my form, but it seems to screw up the display. No matter what options I check or uncheck, I seem to get:

    [ ] [ ] [ ] Option1 Option2 Option 3

    As you can imagine, this is completely useless. 🙂

    I tried checkboxes and got the same result.

    I went to the contact7 site and copied his example code and got the same result.

    You can see my form at: http://www.magnoliadaily.com/contact-us/

    Anyone seen this before?! I searched the forum and could not find anyone with a similar problem.

    Hoping to find a solution today! Please give me some ideas.

    Terrence

  • Would it help if I offered a PayPal reward for a solution to this?

    That’s due to the style you’ve set.

    input, textarea {

    	margin-bottom: 10px;

    	padding: 0px;

    	float: left;

    	font-size: 14px;

    }

    Edit style.css in your theme and remove float: left; line shown above.
