Not receiving email - Says it sent (3 posts)

    When a form is filled out and sent, it says it was sent, but we never receive. We are using Google Business as our email. Would that make a difference? I have tested and we are able to receive email from the site.

    Hi, dsaro!

    I don't know if it helps, but..........

    I was having the same problem a couple of months ago (also was using a gmail account to receive the forms data)...

    Found out that the e-mails were recognized as spam by the gmail anti-spam filter and also the e-mail used to send/receive the data...

    So, i advice you to check our spam folder, and sigest your visitors to add the "form e-mail to their contacts".

    I know it's not the perfect solution, but solved my problems until i've got a new corporate e-mail to be "the form's e-mail".

    I have the same problem as dsaro and it's not in my spam folder.
