[Plugin: Contact Form 7] MAIL fields do not show up after last update

Running WP on localhost, the last version of CF7 does not display the MAIL data of each form. It displays the other areas (Form and Additional settings). The MAIL data is shown empty. Looking at the SQL table, the MAIL information is there!
Any idea?
