[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Latin Characters Not Displaying / HTML Mail Not Sending

    Hello,

    I’m having problems with Contact Form 7.
    In text only version e-mails the latin characters don’t get displayed so I tried using the HTML version but when I did so I stopped receiving the form results altogether.

    What can I do to solve this problem?

    Also I’d like to know how I can select a different language pack, do I have to rename the file manually or is there someplace where I can change it?
