[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Is there a way I can use contact form 7 on my facebook fan page

Is there any way for me to use the same contact form I have on my site in my Facebook Fan page?

I have set up Contact form 7 successfully on my site and want to set up exactly the same form on my fan page under a custom tab in the FBML code box.

By viewing the source code of my WordPress site on my browser and copying and pastIng the form code from Contact 7 as it’s displayed here, I can get the form to display but it gives an error message when I fill it in and hit submit.

I do not want to set up a contact form that is tied to a service provider such as aweber or constant contact – I want the submission data to go into the Contact Form 7 DB extension widget I have set up on my wordpress site in order to keep things simple and all in one place.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I might do this, or a viable alternative? I would be grateful for any help.
