[Plugin: Contact Form 7] How to use radio buttons for a quiz

    Does anyone know how to use radio buttons to answer a Contact Form 7 quiz? I want users to select among 3 possible answers, instead of typing the answer into a text box. Problem being upper/lower case, typos, stupidity… 😉
