[Plugin: Contact Form 7] how to define charset?

    In WordPress admin panel go to Settings > Reading, you’ll see the field of encoding setting.

    the site works fine, utf-8.

    it’s just the email that arrives with wrong encoding.

    is there a way to wrap the form with charset or encoding?
