    I am using a theme that conflicts with the color of the form. How do I change the color of the text when entered into the form? The text is showing up in White and the Background of the Text box is White.

    In http://lizlegrande.net/wp-content/themes/blacklabel/style.css line 85:

    body, select, input, textarea { color: #fff; font-size:12px; font-family:"Lucida Sans Unicode", "Lucida Grande", sans-serif;}

    This style makes text in input fields white. Try changing it to:

    body { color: #fff; font-size:12px; font-family:"Lucida Sans Unicode", "Lucida Grande", sans-serif;}

    I had to change color to #000000 and it resolved the issue. Thank you for your help.
