  • I have a form (http://vancouverofficesolut.netfirms.com/vancouverofficesolutions.com/contact-us/) that I would like to be able to send the email to multiple email addresses based on which checkboxes are selected. So right now, you select multiple checkboxes, but only one email gets sent out. I need to be able to send the form submission to all the recipients based on which checkboxes are selected. So if checkbox #1 is selected then it gets set to that email, if checkbox #1 & #7 are selected, then there are two emails that get sent out. and so forth. Is this possible?

I have the checkbox named “locations” and I have “[locations]” in the mail to spot for the form, but the locations are seperated with commas and so only the first email in the list of locations receives the email. I believe it needs to be changed to semi colons? “;”

    thanks
    Jackelyn

It’s possible. Mail addresses in the “To” field should be comma-separated.

I don’t think Takayuki understood the question, I have the same question as Jackelyn. I can’t see how it is possible currently to select email recipients based on check box selection on the form.
