[Plugin: Contact Form 7 for different recipients] rotating group of recipients

I will like to be able to send this form to one group of recipients at every submission, in a rotating manner. E.g. I have 3 groups of recipients. The first user who submits, the form will be sent to the first group. The second user who submits, the form will be sent to the second group. The third user who submits, the form will be sent to the third group. If I add a new group at this point, there will be 4 groups in total and when the forth user submits, the form will be sent to this new group. The fifth user who submits, the form will be sent to the first group again…
