  • First question is what is on line 63 of the header.php of coraline theme?
Does it contain a wp_head() in the header?

Do you have this error with the default theme?

I no longer can get into my word press account.
this is what i get. (Fatal error: Call to undefined function: add_theme_support() in /homepages/31/d169374965/htdocs/wordpress/wp-content/themes/locket/functions.php on line 2)

Rename your theme’s directory. If the theme is the problem it will use the default and let you in.
Otherwise try renaming the plugins directory adn create a new empty one with the same permissions.

How do i get in to rename it?

Use your FTP client. Or you could use File Manager from whatever cPanel, Plesk or Control Panel you might have access to.

    Are you familiar with 1and1.com?
they are the ones i use.
I got into FTP and noticed that wordpress
is not in the directory box.
    Should it be shown there?

Have no idea what the “directory box” is.
    Am not familar with 1and1.
