# [Plugin: Contact Form 7] Dynamic Form Fields

 * Is there a way to dynamically create form elements? For example, I would like
   to be able to inject a drop-down where the choices in the drop down change based
   on what is in the database. So I can’t make a completely static form.
 * Also: is there a complete list of hooks somewhere to hook into this plugin.

 * I’d do it by using [wpcf7_form_tag](http://plugins.trac.wordpress.org/browser/contact-form-7/tags/2.4.1/includes/shortcodes.php#L109)
   filter.
 * Unfortunately, there is no complete list of hooks so far. I hope I will have 
   time to write it soon.
