[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Drop Down Selection not showing up in emails

Hello,
One of the fields I have in my contact form is a drop down but no matter what I do, the text people select doesn’t show up in my email. You can see the form at http://www.onlylayouts.com . I also put [select type] (type being the name of the field) to see if that worked and it doesn’t. What can I do to get it to show? Thanks in advance for all your help.
