[Plugin: Contact Form 7] does anyone know how to integrate Contact 7 with LeGrand CRM?

Legrand have specific way to set up forms.
The fields use these sorts of fields:
[#CONTACT_FIRSTNAME#]
[#CONTACT_LASTNAME#]
[#CONTACT_EMAIL1#]

don’t know how to integrate Contact7 with LeGrand CRM.

Any suggestions?
