[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact Form Broken

This is really annoying me to no ends. The contact form on my homepage,which is placed inside the sidebar works perfectly.

The contact form on the contacts page, just doesn’t do anything, no spinning arrows, no error messages,nothing, just reloads the page and doesn’t send the mail.

Any ideas, or should I just change products ? And I have searched, and tried some suggested ‘fixes’., all to no avail.
