[Plugin: Contact Form 7] Contact form 7 hangs when I submit with an attached file

    I have set up a ‘Careers form’ for people to upload their CV’s.

    The form works fine when there is no ‘upload’ option, however when I do add the ‘upload file’ option back in and test the page just hangs, all I see is the spinning arrows, no confirmation message or anything.

    I do however receive the email and attached file!

    Has anyone else experienced this issue?
