[Plugin Contact Form 7] Contact Form 7 Automatically Generate Account Number

Please Someone Help Me out. This is A urgent task.
on submission of the Contact form 7, I want it to automatically respond on the website (or via email) to the employee who submitted the form, a new account number that is generated. I want this form to thebe able to follow that logic and give the new account number to the employee who just filled out the form. Here is the logic behind the account numbers:
<account type><incremental six digit serialized number><single letter that shows client type><state initials the client is located in>
So an account number could look like this:
100001HNY
100002GFL
A100003GNY
…etc.
This number needs to be automatically generated on submission of the form and then emailed or displayed to the user who just submitted the form and also emailed to the email addresses that the form submits to.—
The user will fill out all the needed information on the form, the form will put all the data into a spreadsheet which is emailed to the people in charge of accounts, and the form will generate an account number for the sales rep to start using immediately.
