[Plugin: Contact Form 7] [contact-form 404 "Not Found"]

    Hi all,

    I’ve installed Contact Form 7 on a WP Mu 2.8.2, on this Mu there are only 3 blogs. CF7 is activate on all of them, but on 1, I have this error : [contact-form 404 "Not Found"]
