The exact same thing is happening to me. It says it is submitted successfully but there is no contact added to my CC list. Thanks!
good luck getting someone to reply! I found that it actually was adding them to my contact list. If I searched by email not name, they appeared. Though, not sure if it trust worthy??
Thanks Allison! It seems the emails are not being added to my contacts, even when I searched by email address. I guess I’ll have to try another solution. :p Is there anything in particular that helped you get this working?
I can say what I did. But I don’t trust this plugin. Like twice now I have gotten 10 or more emails consecutively of people that have supposedly signed up on my contact form. The ones that came today, I search for them in Constant Contact and they are not there. Last time this happened, I looked them up and they were there with a date of being in added to constant contact many months ago when I didn’t even have this plugin installed. It’s as piece of crap and has NO SUPPORT! Since they ignore this forum. I am going to use the link to a form in Constant contact instead.
I don’t ignore this forum. I support my plugins as much as I can. Please understand: plugins are provided at no cost, and take a considerable amount of time to develop.

Does your username have any non-alphanumeric characters in it?
I apologize, I understand you work hard on these plugins and have a lot to support. My WP username is all alpha characters. Should it be different? I had to take out the contact form b/c I received more then 10 emails seconds from each other from supposedly new subscribers to my email list that did not show come up in constant contact when I looked them up. Now I don’t know whether these are valid and I should manually add them. Over a week ago the same thing happened and they were in my contact list but had entry dates of many months ago. I just can’t trust it for my client right now.
When I load the contact form offered in wordpress’s posts, it loads my user name and password, and website. How do I make it leave blanks for my clients to complete?
