# [Plugin: Contact Form 7] Checkboxes

 * I am trying to customise the email the recipient gets from my form. I am unsure
   how to add the check boxes into the message to say whether they have been ticked
   or not, can anyone please shed some light on what i would need to do?
 * Just another thing, i have only recently come across this plugin and have to 
   say it one of the best plug ins i have come across, fantastic! keep up the good
   work…
