Plugin contact form 7 changes the attachment

Updated WordPress to version 4.4.2 and the contact form 7 plugin to version 4.3.1 and began the problem with attachments sent through the application form on the website.
Application is made using the plugin contact form 7
If you add an attachment with the Latin name of a file, all the rules. And if you add an attachment to the application in Russian in the file name then an email is sent to file without extension with the name “-1”
As if to add an attachment with the register capital letters, it is renamed to lowercase when it arrives in the mail.
